Filmed at Toronto’s MLSE LaunchPad, this event brought together leaders, mentors, and job seekers to promote career readiness and inclusive hiring. As the sole videographer and editor, I captured the inspiring keynotes, hands-on workshops, and vibrant networking moments that defined the day. The final highlight reel showcases an event full of energy, connection, and opportunity—reflecting its mission to empower individuals with the skills and confidence to thrive in today’s workforce.

Held over two days in Toronto, this brand launch brought together over 400 motivated youth and major employers like Starbucks, Walmart, and Home Depot. The event featured inspiring speeches, dynamic networking, and a special appearance from Toronto Raptor Dalano Banton, who shared his own journey with the crowd. Shedlight Creative was hired to produce the event’s media coverage, spanning both photo and video. I worked as the producer, videographer, and editor, managing the video production and directing the photographer to ensure cohesive coverage. The final sizzle reel captures the energy and emotion of the experience—from key stage moments and engaging employer booths to authentic smiles and celebratory embraces—delivering a fast-paced, inspiring look at ambition meeting opportunity.
